What's the "bule price"?
The first number a seller says to a foreigner. On a used scooter it's usually 2–3 million above what a local pays. On furniture and building materials, more. We buy at the second number.
How do I know you got a good price?
Every statement shows the seller's first ask next to the price we paid. You see the gap. If there wasn't one, you see that too.
What does the fee cover?
All of 's time: finding, checking the thing and its documents, negotiating, paying, delivering, the paperwork runs, and the statement. Not money we pay other people.
What are the extras?
Anything we pay someone else: a truck or GoSend, a name transfer (the agent's fee is fixed and we'll tell you it; the government part depends on the bike, receipt attached), lapsed vehicle tax, storage if a sale needs it, and on a licence or visa, the agent's own fee. Always quoted before we spend it, always on the receipt, never marked up.
Something small — a fan, a plant, a part?
Under 5 million it's 300k flat, and if you've got a few small things we'll do them as one trip. Under about a million, message anyway — will say honestly whether it's worth your money.
What if I don't like the Find it options?
Tell us what was wrong and we'll go again once, free. If after two rounds there's nothing you'd buy, we refund the 300k. The fee is earned when we send you a contact.
Can the scooter go in my name?
It depends on your visa. We'll tell you the options before you buy, and what each costs, not after.
Will you buy a bike that only has an STNK?
We'll check it and tell you exactly what's missing and what that means for resale. We won't buy or sell one as if the paperwork is clean.
How fast can you sell my things?
Fast route: a dealer, usually within 3 days, lower price. Best-price route: private buyers, up to 14 days. You choose, per item.
When do I get the money?
Within 24 hours of each sale, by transfer or cash, with the statement.
Do I pay before or after?
Find it: 300k before we start. Handle it: at handover, seller's price plus our fee plus agreed extras. Selling: nothing up front — we deduct from what sells.
Visas and driving licences?
We don't process them. We'll introduce you to an agent has used himself, with their price up front. The agent pays us a referral commission; we'll tell you what it is.
Will you go to Java for it?
For bigger purchases, yes — usually 10 million and up — with the travel agreed as an extra first. Below that it isn't worth your money or his day, and we'll say so.
Pets?
